Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
If you have received the wrong item/s, please email us at [email protected] Please include your Order Number and the incorrect item/s so we address the issue. We will send you a prepaid return label to send the incorrect item back. Once we receive the incorrect item we will send the correct one out immediately after. The items must be in original, untampered packaging for us to accept the return. Any damaged or tampered items will not be accepted, PERIOD!
