PLEASE READ PRIOR TO SENDING EMAIL
- If you have recently placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email please first check your spam/junk folder. Â If you still can’t find it please advise us of your order number so we can resend the notification to the email you entered at checkout.
- If you have received tracking information for your order and are inquiring about its current status: Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, Holidays excluded) for your package to be accepted and show arrival scans from the carrier. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for more detailed information on your specific order.
- If you have not received your tracking information via email and it has been longer than 5 business days (Excluding BACKORDERED items), please do not panic! Occasionally delays do happen and it takes longer than 5 business days. We promise we are working diligently to avoid these delays, please understand that your order is likely in process of being built and you will receive updated information as soon as possible.
- Once we drop your packages off we can no longer provide any updates on the current location of your order beyond what the shipping carrier has provided. Your patience is very much appreciated, tracking usually updates within 48 hours when this does occur. Â
- We DO NOT guarantee arrival and DO NOT refund orders that are confiscated or lost during the shipping process.  You understand and agree that you may NOT preform a chargeback if the order does not arrive.  You have agreed to this at checkout.  We have not experienced many issues to date, however we cannot control what happens in the post offices beyond the USA.  Once your package leaves US Customs, most times tracking will no longer be updated. This will lead to your package looking like it is sitting in the same location for several days, sometimes even weeks depending on the destination when it is actually in route.
- We do not provide any support for international orders beyond putting your package in the mail and providing you a tracking number. We will not file claims or help track down order once it is sent. Please read that again.
