DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
If you have received the wrong item/s, please email us at [email protected] Please include your Order Number and the incorrect item/s so we can address the issue. We will send you a prepaid return label to send the incorrect item back. Once we receive the incorrect item we will send the correct one out immediately after. The items must be in original, untampered packaging for us to accept the return. Any damaged or tampered items will not be accepted, PERIOD!
GENERAL TERMS:
BrotanicalGardens.com shall not be held responsible for any items sold, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by the customer. BrotanicalGardens.com shall not be held responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting from any goods purchased or obtained through BrotanicalGardens.com.
BrotanicalGardens.com assumes no liability for the content of the listings. However, if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can.
Any customer issues that arise which deem replacement of items by BG and or our Breeders, the customer will have their accounts credited so they can repurchase said replacement. This decision is up to the breeder and after they deem a replacement we will credit your account.
**We ONLY Guarantee Delivery if you choose that as your shipping option. If a package is lost, seized, or damaged in transit we will replace that package with another one ONLY if you choose Guaranteed Shipping! This does not include packages stolen off of your porch, if USPS shows delivered we have to go off of that.

We DO NOT guarantee arrival and DO NOT refund orders that are confiscated or lost during the shipping process. You understand and agree that you may NOT preform a chargeback if the order does not arrive. You have agreed to this at checkout. We have not experienced many issues to date, however we cannot control what happens in the post offices beyond the USA. Once your package leaves US Customs, most times tracking will no longer be updated. This will lead to your package looking like it is sitting in the same location for several days, sometimes even weeks depending on the destination when it is actually in route.
We do not provide any support for international orders beyond putting your package in the mail and providing you a tracking number. We will not file claims or help track down order once it is sent. Please read that again.

All Returns/Refunds prior to the item being shipped will inquire a 5% restocking fee. Once we ship your item there are absolutely NO returns/refunds. All sales are final after shipment.
